Stabilized with Pot-Sorbate and Campden tablets on the 150th day after brewing to stop fermentation and prepare for bottling within next month or so.

(Messed up by adding Bentonite which was not needed as the mead had cleared greatly.)

Haven't bottled but I have probably had 2 glasses out of the fermentation vessel.
