I was looking to make a Flanders Red. I heard Jamil's brewcast and recipe on the subject, and this site put me over the edge.

I've also thoroughly enjoyed Jim Liddil's site tremendously, though it makes Lambic brewing look pretty intimidating.

It seems like many of the recipes here, like Jamil's, call for the Wyeast Roselare blend. I think I'm going to go that route.

I think the Roselare blend will be back out in a few months (don't remember which month they said). I did hear from Brian @Wyeast that the lambic blend and roselare blend have the same yeast/bugs except they have different proportions.
