Being there is a lot of different threads about a lot of different way to make ciders, I want to find out who likes what and what makes a the best cider in your opinions.

So what is your favorite cider like product Apfelwein, Cyser, or Graff?

Flat or Sparkling?

Dry or Sweet?

If you backsweeten please add your favorite technique.

What type of yeast do you prefer?

It's hard to pick a single favorite, but I really enjoy dry still cider fermented traditionally. This ranges from around 6-6.5% ABV and is clear without any yeast or floaties. It doesn't change the fact that I love sweet cider, apple wine, and carbonated cider though :p
