Looks like I'm the 3rd person today looking to buy a used chiller....If I don't come across a good deal on a used one soon, I'll just make one...

Two batches into homebrewing, and I'm already tired of buying ice.

eBay for it. That's where I got mine. Some good deals out there. When it's all said and done, I'd guess you won't save too much money on making it yourself. Copper tubing isn't cheap. Not to mention your time.
 
I have a 25' 3/8" IC that I'm not using it you're interested.
