I believe that the Wyeast 1010 American wheat yeast strain came from a Koelsch brewery in Germany. Right?
So I should be able to make a Koelsch with it. Has anyone done this? Were they happy with the results? Since it is a Koelsch yeast I should be able to ferment down to about 50 degrees F right?
Any advice would be welcomed, as well as good Koelsch recipes.
