I need to use 5 lbs of wheat LME before it goes bad. I make wheat beers, but I've switched to all DME for the lighter color. Any good ideas for recipes?

I've made an AG version of this beer a few times and it's pretty damn good. I'll be brewing it again this summer for sure.

OG 1.052
FG 1.012
IBU 20-25
Color 5 SRM
Alcohol 5.3% abv

Extract:
Wheat LME 8.9#

Hops:
Willamette 1.0 oz, 60 mins (20-25 IBU)
Willamette 0.5 oz, 0 mins
Amarillo 0.5 oz, 0 mins

Yeast:
Fermentis SafAle US-05

Thanks, I may try that. I does look pretty similar to a wheat that I brew now.

Make a light honey wheat....will be good as a lawnmower beer come summer.

I would do this, maybe add 1-2 pounds of clover honey (don't bother getting expensive stuff just something cheap from the grocery store). Toss in 1/2 oz of some noble hop at 60min and ferment it with either a hefe yeast or just a clean ale yeast.

If you're bored you could try making a raspberry wheat or something if nothing else girls will probably like it.
