Advice needed

OK I have all my kegging equipment on the way....as well as a few canned extract kits that I have used in the past and have used with good results. I plan to move to more advanced extract brewing in the future but for now to get me back in gear this is where I'm at...... I'm going to be using a stout mix first and want to substitute DME and Molasses for the sugar.....anyone know roughly how many fluid ounces of molasses = 1lb.

About 14, but DO NOT use more than 8 oz. of molasses! It can take over a batch very easily.
