northern brewer is clearing out their supply of leaf hops. they are selling some/most by the pound. they say this is whats left of their 07 crop and are making room for the 08. considering i put them in the freezer right away, how long can i expect them to still be good for?
thinking about a lb of cascade and centennial. i use cascade alot, and i've used centennial a few times...mostly for bittering. never bought by the lb before, always an oz here or there, depending on what i needed for that brew.
