Thoughts: your ending puncation seems backwards but i would hate to question your knowledge of the subject so we'll leave it as is.
Recipe Suggestion: definitely use some combination of malt, water, hops, and yeast.
*serious* Indian Brown Ale tickles my fancy if i had a choice to brew either one of those right now.

Well the marzen has been on my radar since I did my vienna steam (came out amazing) and I recently had an itch to do an India Brown Ale (I love big and balanced beers).
I realize it's quite open ended but it's a slow day and I can't make up my mind. Wondering who will sway me!

Idk I like marzens cause they remind me of Oktoberfests and they remind me of Germany.
