This is my first stab at a Bitter. Wanted to come up with something simular to Buddingtons Pub Ale. Quite interesting I started to formulate this recipe a few years ago and just now got around to brewing it.

Not sure If I would use cascade next time.

Sweet caramel malt flavor, A little over hopped but very crisp and refreshing. As I mentioned I had quite a bit of high AA cascade hops on hand and wanted to use them up. Very simular in flavor to Goose Island Honkers ale. I mashed it at 154 degrees which actually dried it out a bit more than I would like but none the less its very crisp and has a nice hop bit to it.
