About a year ago, some friends and I tasted the very first mead we'd ever made. Since then, we haven't looked back...

As we sat there in the dark garage, gazing into this beautiful liquid, we realized that we needed something more.. something..

The Bowl.. Complete with Ankh's and the all seeing eye.

Of course the obligatory viking longboat..

..and a village being pillaged.

It was made by a cousin of mine. We sent a bottle home with him and said "Make something worthy of this drink.." It'll hold an entire 750ml bottle with room to spare so rowdy vikings won't spill too much. There's an inscription along the inner rim that, roughly translated, says "From the clover, to the mouth."

I guess the trick is to have a bowl in one hand and a horn in the other.. The only way to beat blunt force trauma or spine rendering puncture wounds is to have blunt force trauma AND spine rendering puncture wounds.

Although, when I'm drunk with the bowl I don't fear it.. :p
