500g Choc. 450srm
500g roast barley 300srm
500g caramunich 2 40srm
500g Carapils 2srm
2 oz Northern Brewer 7.9% 60 minutes
yeast : 1084 irish ale

60 min mash at 67C

est OG : 1.069 (75% efficiency)
est FG : 1.018
SRM : 47.6
IBU : 42.9

Theres alot of dark grains I know - too much maybe ?
All feedback welcome.
 
My oatmeal stout(1.070) uses about a kilo of the dark stuff, my dry stout(1.047) uses about half that much.
