Plate Chiller question about fittings.

I think I would like to upgrade from an immersion chiller to a plate chiller in spring. I was looking at this, which seems to be a popular one. I, however, am not good with figuring out which fittings go where, etc. So if I were to buy said plate chiller, which configuration would I need to buy, and which fittings would I need to attach the water side to a garden hose, and the wort side to regular vinyl tubing?

I was looking at Bargain Fittings, but I just can't figure it out.
