seem to be getting way to much hop in the after taste. Went with a semi continuous hope method using total of six oz. scent fine, first taste fine. lingering after taste way too bitter. I know it is an aggressive hoping but to adjust recipes which time period should be cut down. Bittering, flavoring, or aroma. (hour, half hour, last minute/ dry hope)

Post up your recipe...

Bittering hops is most likely the culprit but this could be tannins from grains...so was the recipe AG or Extract?
