Whats your favourite?

There is a whole lot of experimentation going on with crazy flavours and styles here, so in the interest of honing those GF brew skills with something dependable and delicious, I was wondering what your go-to brew is when you feel like making a solid beer that works. Doesn't matter if its just extract or if you do some crazy enzyme added mash.

And yes, I absolutely plan on stealing every single recipe posted here to try at home.

6 lbs Brown Rice
3 lbs Sorghum
1 lb Dark Candi

.75 Magnum 15.2AA - 60min
.5 Hallertau 2.5AA - 15 min
.5 Hallertau 2.5AA - 1 min

Yeast nutrient and irish moss

WLP500 (adds 2 parts per billion gluten in 5 gal)

Really my best beer thusfar. I may try corriander/orange peel later on with it, but it's expensive and great as-is, so I haven't bothered yet. 7.5% ABV
