I'm looking for crisp, light pale ale using only Amarillo hops. Here's what I've come up with:
OG: 1.054
FG: 1.012
SRM: 6
IBU: 38.7 (assuming the Amarillo hops at 8 AAU)
5lbs Extra Light DME
1lb Carapils
.5lbs Caramel 40L
1oz Amarillo (60 min)
1oz Amarillo (15 min)
1.5oz Amarillo (5 min)
.5oz Amarillo (flameout)
US-05 Yeast
What do you think?
