First hard cider of 2013

Hello Everyone, Just bottled my first 1gallon batch of hard cider. Excited to try it. I have brewed a lot of hard ciders over the years and have only been pleased with a couple. After reading a forum last year of a guy saying he didn't see a big difference from orchard cider to store bought concentrate I wanted to see for myself Started up a batch of the concentrate and before bottling tasted , really good. Added some equal to sweeten ; so yeast won't convert to alcohol. Tasted great. I'll post when I crack one open within the week. Peace

Just cracked open and it's great no bull. Anyone interested in an easy hard cider hit me up. I've done many hard ciders with orchard cider and this one is the best. So crazy
