Well racked my Nutbrown tonight and also brewed a Hefe. When I finished racking took a sample to check SG and tasted the product and WOW it is already better than any New Castle I have ever had except it was flat obviously. I hope it's at least that good after it's in the bottle.:cross: Hopefully the Hefe turns out good.
Oh yeah starting SG on the Nutbrown was 1.070 and now am at 1.027. Good right?
