Strong hop smell after fermentation

Any ideas on how to tone it down? A fellow brewer(gravity man) mentioned bottling with honey which I think is a good idea. You guys have any suggestions?
 
The hops will mellow with time.

Honey is a painfully slow fermenter.

Stick with corn sugar until you're confident in your brewing technique.

Remember...hops aroma is a good thing...and it will always diminish over time.
