Souced fillet of fish?

me and my good buddy came up with a crazy idea that sounds like it just might work,
its called "soucing" it is a process in which you take a live fish and put it in a large tank or bucket full of alcohol, something potent like 151 or everclear, then after the fish has passed out or died from alcohol poisoning, you clean it, seer it, and serve it, almost raw like sashimi... crazy?
