Hello folks, thanks for running a great site.
Planning on starting my first brew in time for my 30th birthday. Trying to utilize as much info from here as possible.
Would like to try a hefeweizen, seems audacious I know... go big or go home.
If it doesn't work... ah well there's more water and ingredients.
