That seems to look like a pretty good idea but it dose not say what the high and low settings are. I would call first

I noticed that. I may do some research, and I'll post the results. I can't believe I'm the first homebrewer to stumble on this. If I am, then, "shotgun".
 
Yes, Do let us know. This = me not having to brew in the kitchen.

I wonder if it fits on other propane burners besides that specific brand. I don't recall what mine is.
 
I've read about this elsewhere on the forum, and it seems like the lowest the thing can keep things is around 200f. I think it's potentially worthwhile if you're in a really cold climate where 200F will quickly cool to 170 in a matter of minutes.....other than that, I think it probably doesn't apply to brewing, unless you could tweak it.
