I am considering purchasing a fermenator. How well do they perform? Also can you force carbonate your beer in it by hooking up a co2 tank to the top blow off port and cranking up the pressure for a couple days? Let me know what you think!

They can be rigged to allow racking under (slight) Co2 pressure, but they are not designed to hold the kind of pressure required for force carbonation. Just wait until it's in your keg, then force carb! ;)

The 14.5 gallon Fermenator is great piece of equipment. I guess all sizes are. If you search, you will find that there are lots of fans who have extolled its virtues in countless threads.
