hello everyone, I expanding my brew kit. right now I have a bucket for fermenting then a carboy for my secondary then i siphon to a bottleing bucket. i would like to beef up my brewing process so i can brew two batches at once soi can get my stock up. So i got two more glass carboys for a fermentor and secondary. I just thought of this now but i sould also get a funnel to get my yeast in the carboy. I normally pitch my yeast then stir the beer to start up the process. should i worry that i can't do that with the carboy? All your input would be great.

:tank:

A funnel is almost a necessity when you're dealing with glass carboys. You don't need anything fancy and don't bother with the screens.

Get an autosiphon too - those are WELL worth the money.

cool so I'll go pick up a funnel soon. i Already got an auto siphon and i love it.
