Can I divide my measured preboil gravity by the estimated preboil gravity to get brewhouse efficiency?
Estimated gravity calculated by iBrewmaster on my iPad.

No, because the estimated preboil gravity is presumably also being calculated with reference to a predicted efficiency. But, assuming your volumes are all correct, you can do:

( (actual preboil gravity) / (predicted preboil gravity) ) * (predicted efficiency) = actual efficiency
