The only heaters I can find don't go below 68 degrees. Are there any heaters out there that go into the low 60's, if so where are you purchasing them. Thank You

It goes down to 64F. It is tunable, so although I haven't tried it, you could probably trick it into thinking it's 64 when it's really 62 or so.

I'm looking to start doing this, and I found two waterbed thermostats that I'll be using to control the temp, though they don't go below 68 either. My fishtank heaters have really old thermostats that aren't graduated for temperature... you turn a knob that pushes a screw towards a coil that expands and contracts, you can't set it to a pre-determined temperature.

you could always put a temperature controller in line with the fish tank heater, put the tank heater on high and the temp controller will turn it on and off when it needs to warm the water.
