I ordered the Austin Homebrew Supply AG Stone IPA, just to make things easier on me, and it's in the final stage of the boil.
12.5 # grain, 6 gallons of wort collected, 1.058 BG: 76.2%
Boil off turns out to be a perfect gallon per hour, so I should be dead-on 1.066 OG! Life is good. Now for a celebratory beer, or two!
No lookin' back now... PM's are a thing of the past
