I apologize for resurrecting an old thread, but i found this thread months ago when searching for water quality in my area & wanted to update my findings for future Norfolk/Va Beach Brewers.

The updated link for this "useless" report can be found here:

However, in the report it mentions that Virginia Beach's water is actually treated in Norfolk at the Moores Bridges Water Treatment Plant.

These reports are much more accurate, updated quarterly & should provide everything a local brewer needs (as far as water is concerned):
