I just boiled a new brew yesterday and it's in the primary fermenter. sometime overnight last night the airlock became clogged and the top blew off the bucket. When I got up this morning before work I cleaned out the air lock and out the lid back on hoping all would be well. When I just got home 9 hours later, The top was off again and the airlock was clogged again.

I guess my basic question is should I just throw it away and start again? And what can I do to stop the airlock from getting clogged so this doesn't happen?

Take your bung and fit your racking hose in there, sanitize and insert the bung without the airlock. Then get a gallon container or bigger and out some water in it and stick the other end of the racking hose in there. This is called a blow off hose.
