Hello all. I've been brewing for about 5 months now, but I just discovered this forum recently. It's nice to have a place to share my obsession, although I am not getting ANY work done anymore, my coworkers think I'm an alcoholic and I'll soon be broke with all the equipment I've been buying due to everyone's fabulous recommendations. So it goes... I look forward to absorbing all of your wisdom and experience, and perhaps I'll be able to impart a little of my own. Prost!
