I have a buddy that can get me square or triangular tubing. I can get 1 inch any time or if I will wait I can get 2 inch.... So would the 1 inch be strong enough ( I think yes) or should I wait on 2 inch. ALSO with a gravity fed system ( 3 tier) how tall will the hot liqour tank section be? AND does anyone have a build that lets you raise and lower the height on the hot liqour tank to fill it?

I have a stand build with 1" and it's built like a tank. Single tier though, so I can't answer your other questions.
