Here's a pic of my first All Grain.

ABV is lower than I was hoping, but I think I can improve that. I drained the wort from the Lauter Tun too fast (I think)

The flavor is great, with a nice citric hoppy aftertaste.

That brew looks pretty darn tasty! Congrats on the first AG!

Not so difficult is it? Hehe Quick tip: Throttle back your run-off and you'll probably get better results and avoid a compacted grain-bed.
 
Thanks for the tip. I didn't have any problems with compacting the grain bed, but I'm almost certain my FG suffered as a result.

No it wasn't all that difficult, it was only my second batch ever... but all in all I think it turned out. Even if all I got out of it was learning how to improve my next batch, it was worth it. Add 5 gallons of decent beer ontop of that and it's way worth it!
