Tasting Notes
Dry and biscuty, the hops add some interest to a common Irish Red
Grains:
8 lb. American 2-row
.75 lb. American crystal 90L
.25 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
2 oz. Belgian biscuit
2 oz. American crystal 40L

Hops:
1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)

Mash:
- Mash at 152° for one hour with 3 gallons
- Sparge at 170° with 2 gallons
- Sparge again at 170° with 2 gallons
