i know i know, you all say wait to drink your brews. let them bottle condition. patience.

well it's a lesson i had to learn the hard way.

Whatever! Build a 4 tap kegerator, force carb to get it ready in a week, sample it every night for a month and talk about how crappy it is, then be quite pleased when it becomes a nice little brew...at least that's how I like to do it!
 
My best defense is frequent brewing. I have more patience waiting on batch C to condition when I have plenty of A and B to keep me distracted.
