Got mixed up a little. I took the FG from the bottling bucket after mixing with the priming syrup. Oops!

Any ideas on how to figure it out.

Oktoberfest LME kit
Brew Date - 2/7/2011
OG = 1.056 @ 61°F

WK1 SG = 1.016 @ 68°F Into Secondary 2/16/11

Today FG = 1.020 (includes priming syrup) @ 62°F bottled 3/2/11

I know this doesn't affect anything but i like to know the details. Oh well...

After the beer is carbonated, you could pour a beer and let it go flat and come to room temperature, then take a gravity reading.

i read in another thread that 5oz of priming sugar only adds .002 to your gravity pretty much a none exisitent problem

This is easy to calculate, but how much sugar did you use, how much water, and how much beer did you add it to?

I did the same thing on my first brew. I couldn't figure out how the FG went back up....then it dawned on me. I would count your FG as 1.016
