questions about bottling

i just bought some starsan and was reading the label. it says harmful if swallowed and to allow to dry. if you let your bottles sit there and dry couldnt they get contaminated? would it be ok to just dump out the starsan and immediately fill the bottle with beer?

just wondering how others did this?

If you dillute starsan to it's proper dillution it is safe...many people on here have drunk it.

It is a no rinse/wet contact sanitizer...and that is what they mean by it, you drain it and then bottle....Like anything in this litiginous society warning labels have to be posted on everything including the cruise controls of RV's to CYA the manufacturers for people's incopetence.

You are perfectly safe using it properly. :mug:

Just dump and put in your beer. For me the easiest,fastest, and less messy, way to sanitize my bottles is one of these...

BOTTLE SANITIZER @ Williams Brewing

Worth their weight in Gold IMHO. You don't need a whole bucket of sanitizer and its squirt, squirt and on to the bottling tree....
