Thanks! I plotted out the idea and a sketch over time. Worked with a designer to come up with the final version and all the proper file formats. It went through a lot of iterations before we came up with the final version. I'm really pleased with the way it came out.

I am far from an artistic person. But I still wanted a basic label for my brews so I came up with these simple ones.

Here's the label I've made for a smoked imperial stout, I am wax dipping them with black bottle wax this weekend.

Messing around on a label for a guy that pm'd me asking for help on a label. This isn't for my beer but someone else's. All numbers and explanations are not real.

Primarily use photoshop and illustrator

Thanx - it was a real PITA though; I manually "aged" the paper, had front & back labels, and waxed the caps. I only did it since I was planning on aging this beer for many years. Another view:

The aging is cool - a lot of work, though, as you say.

Might want to fix all the typos first. Nothing ruins an amazing looking label quicker than grammatical errors.

Yeah after posting I saw them when I printed a test one already fixed but thank ou for pointing them out.

I used a label generator. I'm lazy.

First attempt at a JAOM, started 9/2/13. Me and a buddy will be taste testing a couple bottles this weekend.

Hi guys! Long time lurker, first time poster. First of all, thanks for the wealth of information on the site! I learn more and more every time I read a thread on here.

I'm a graphic designer so presentation/branding is as fun as the brewing is for me! Here's one of my recent brews all labeled, corked, & caged. I screen-printed the labels on high-quality bristol paper and they've got a really nice feel to them.

Not sure if this counts but this is a label I did for a commercial brewery recently. Finally got it on a can this week. I haven't seen it on the bottles yet....
