Hey New Yorkers be a guest brewer at the Coney Island Brew Co. this summer!!

Step right up and brew a batch at the worlds smallest brewery!!!

I sign up and am going with the side show theme and brewing Rauchbier and/or smoked Märzen and calling it “Fritz the fire eater.” I’ll be down there on the 26th of August.

You should mention That you’re a homebrew talker, what you’d want to brew and a couple weekends when you can come do it. They'll provide ingredients, just (freak) show up and send them a recipe a few days before their brew date.

I'm down there all the time for work and I can't find them. The old location was knocked down and I figured they left. I'll have to check that address on their blog next time I'm there.
