I'm gonna be in San Diego this weekend for a conference. I'm staying downtown, and won't have a car or time enough to go very far (Sadly). Anyone care to name a couple of good spots to grab a good beer in the downtown area? Thanks in advance.

I know that Stone Brewing and Lost Abbey are in San Diego.

Eh, Stone Brewery is actually in Escondido, which is a fair drive north, especially from downtown.

The Yard House is right downtown at 4th and Broadway and they have 130 taps. the only breweries downtown are Rock Bottom and Karl Strauss.

As olllllo mentioned earlier, O'Briens Pub is amazing. Also check out the Live Wire and the Liar's Club

best place to drink downtown is Downtown Johnny Brown's

There's also a place called "the local"

I don't know addresses, but they're actually down town.
