Why hello there.

This is my first time posting on the site but have been brewing for about a year (using the site for reference all along as well).

I may have over primed part of a hefeweizen that I bottled on sunday.

Part one: Wanted to spit into 4 different batches for adding flavor extract so I used 1.25 oz corn sugar for about every 1.25 gallons of brew. It came out inbetween 12 and 14 bottles for the flavor extract that I added to the brew. (.5 oz apricot, .5 oz cherry, and .25 oz of each for mixture) I think I have over primed these bottles and am curious of what you all think.

Part two: I underestimated how thick my yeast cake was so I had about two gallons of brew that I only primed with 1.25 oz of corn sugar. Do you think that this beer will be under carbonated or will I just be waiting longer for the beer to carb?

Thanks in advance:ban:
