Just interviewed George Reisch, Anheuser Busch Brewmaster on the air this morning. What a great guy. Talking to him was a pleasure and much different than I thought it would be like for a little homebrewer like me. Gave me some great tips on yeast strains and a few other pointers.
It's been discussed here about AB's quick turnaround, they indeed turn it around quick. From start to shelf; the American Ale takes two weeks! They figure it sits another week on the shelf to let it age and that's it.
After meeting him, I'll gladly grab a Bud when the homebrew runs out till my next brew day.
