Want to make a Belgian dubbel and RIS as my next two brews. I have tons of two row and these beers call for Belgian pils and English pale respectfully. What do y'all think about going with 2 row?? How large will the impact if all else is the same. Yeast. Belgian candi syrup. Specialty grains. Etc. thanks

I would bet that it would work relatively well. Those beers arnt exactly subtle so a lot of the base malt flavor will be overpowered. Go for it!

That's what I am figuring but does anyone have experience doing these replacements?

Haven't experimented with it myself, but a lot of American brewers imitate English Maris Otter with 2-row and a little bit of Victory Malt.
