Well I finally opened a bottle of this. Hats off to Sam Adams for making such a unique beverage. Technically a beer but really more of a cognac with hints of maple. I'm not a big fan of any hard liquor so I probably won't buy any more but... it is pretty good and I'm very happy that I had a chance to try it. Absolutely amazing that this stuff is fermented and not distilled.
