World Beer Guide... 2nd edition?

I went on Amazon today to buy Jackson's bible -- but I noticed there's a second edition. Anyone read both? Should I get both, just the original -- or will just the 2nd edition cover both bases?
 
I have not read either, but as all books go, the second addition is probably just updating what the first didn't have or different techniques.

Like no secondary fermenting, yeast starters, late extract additions, etc.

I am sure you don't have to waist money on both edditions, but I am sure that Jackson wouldn't mind...
