What to make with my hops?

I've got 3 oz. each of the following:

target
glacier
hersbrucker

None of these are varieties that I have used before.
Any suggestions on beers to make with these varieties?

I made an IPA that turned out quite well this last summer using Glacier hops for the aroma additions and dry hopping. I would use the Target hops for the bittering additions and make an English style IPA.

What to make with my hops?
