by Andrew Schloss... Has anybody read this or used recipes from the book?
After helping a friend gather apples and press cider, (which he donated 5gallons for hard cider) I've wanted to brew something for those who don't drink. I saw this book and wanted to pick it up but the guys at the LHBS shop didn't have much info for me, other than that it had recipes which I asked about.
