My old smoker is about dead and I found this on sale at sears for $150 so I figured I would give it a try. I havent used a gas smoker in over 15 years but I must say it did a really good job on my ribs. Need to dial it in and get more smoke out of it but the temperature holds really well for only $150. Next up is a pork shoulder and chicken.
