I really liked the Brewer's Best Summer Ale I did, I believe it had 2 or 3 oz of orange and lemon peel. This recipe has 4 lb of light malt extract and 1lb wheat. Am I correct to assume that any recipe with a bit of wheat (or maybe even all wheat), would be good candidates for spiking with a citrus peel? What other beer types or hybrids are typically brewed with citrus?

I dropped 2.5 pounds of peaches in my IPA a few batches ago, and it came out quit pleasent. I was not wanting a peach flavor beer, just subtle peach flavor.

Belgian Wit has orange zest in it. Check out Biermuncher's recipe.

I just brewed another batch of my summer ale, which is a honey rye, with some lemon zest in the boil.
