SWMBO is away at an all-day choir workshop so boys and I are brewing this afternoon! We're going to make a sweet stout with the goal of it being close to optimal before Christmas.

Here's the details:

I suspect BeerSmith uses that calculation, based on the actual OG and FG, not the estimated.
 
yeah with 43 calories a pint i can have at least ten of them before i start feeling guilty:)
