Amusing, I just manually added S-05 this morning...
US 56 changed to 05 but it is in my list in BeerSmith.

I'm not sure if you have an old version or what but it should have it in there. They are just listed under "DCL Yeast"

it wasn't in there as 56 or 05 when i bought it. I had to add it myself also. I also find it unusual. I probably use that more than any other yeast.
